AddComm selects WoodWing Xtendis

[Rotterdam, 4 September 2025] – WoodWing Xtendis, an expert in complex information and document management solutions, proudly announces today that AddComm, a Benelux-wide specialist in customer communication serving approximately 150 customers across both the public and private sectors, has selected WoodWing Xtendis as its standard information management solution, effective immediately.

AddComm will discontinue its own document management system and will rely on the cloud-native Xtendis platform to support organisations in a future-proof way. This choice helps customers maintain control over the explosive growth of digital content as well as increasingly strict European regulations, including the GDPR, the NIS2 Directive, the Digital Services Act and DORA.
