Moving forward together: a look back at 2025 and ahead to 2026

Some periods bring things into sharper focus. Not because you plan them that way, but because specific events force you to pause, reflect and make clear choices about direction. For AddComm, all of that came together in 2025. In conversations with customers, colleagues, partners and other stakeholders, the same question kept coming up: what does it really come down to for us?

The answer turned out to be both simple and familiar: helping organisations make customer communication easy, personal and reliable. Whether that involves print, digital channels, a mix of both or complex communication flows. It is about customer communication that is demonstrably right.

For us as a family business, this year also carried a deeply personal meaning. The passing of my father, Ludolf, founder of AddComm, brought back many memories and conversations. His distinctive personality, curiosity and down-to-earth mindset are qualities I still see reflected in the way we work today.

In 2025, we made significant investments in improving our services. More stable and secure systems, optimised print and enveloping processes, and further development of our Flowize platform, which helps organisations stay in control of increasingly complex communication flows.

None of this would have been possible without our customers. Their trust, collaboration and openness give us direction every single day. The honesty with which customers share their expectations, challenges and ideas is invaluable. It makes us sharper, better and more ambitious. And for that, I am deeply grateful.

Where we are heading in 2026

At the beginning of January, we will host our customer event In conversation with the future. A moment I am very much looking forward to, because it centres on dialogue about customer communication. What is happening within organisations, which developments are on the horizon and where is there room for improvement? These conversations shape where we focus our energy.

We will also continue to build on Flowize and our services. We are adding new communication channels, making workflows smarter, and further optimising our print and enveloping processes.

This makes 2026 feel like a year in which we can continue to grow with confidence. Closely connected to the day-to-day reality of our customers and driven by the same principle that has guided AddComm from the very beginning: making communication simpler, more human and more reliable.

On to 2026. A year to continue building together on communication that truly works.
